An After Action Review (AAR) is a structured debrief conducted after a drill, incident, or emergency event. Originally developed by the military, AARs are one of the most effective tools for identifying what went right, what went wrong, and what needs to change. Our process

Training
We will come train with you and your leadership team on how to conduct AARs. We will walk you through our templates, meeting structures, and checklists. We do this so when an incident happens, you and your team are fully equipped to handle it.
After an Incident
If an incident takes place, whether or not you’re already trained and you need help, you can call us!
We will come sit down with those involved in the incident, leadership, and outside parties (insurance, legal).
We will ensure everyone is taken care of physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
Then we will put together action steps and training programs to ensure there is forward movement.
