Our aquatics consulting is led by Ariana Deterding whose career spans from entry level lifeguarding to facility management. From recreational pools to organizing high-level competitive events such as swim meets, water polo, and synchronized swimming. Managing the safety staff and thousands of patrons attending a competition simultaneously. This is hand’s on experience that allows her to be able to understand both frontline lifeguards and staffs, while seeing the “big picture” of leadership and management.

Ariana has dealt with real life emergencies multiple times in a pool setting, with responses that the organizations recognized her with lifesaving commendations. That experience goes beyond just training to practical application in real time. All these factors from training to real life emergencies shape her consulting approach.
